Jetpack CRM: Product Update #22 – February 2019

Welcome to our Fabulous February’s product update post. In these blog posts we highlight what we’ve been working on over February as well as what’s coming along next.

As always, you can join the growing tribe of Empowered Entrepreneur’s and Small Businesses using Jetpack CRM by purchasing a bundle.

Jetpack CRM Core

We’ve been working behind the scenes still on the new database structure which will drive v3.0 of Jetpack CRM. Throughout February we’ve also Improved, fixed and added a raft of refinements and features to the Jetpack CRM.

The main focus in the core has been around improving and refining the contact view page.

We’ve tidied up how this looks, made the Socials and the tags a bit more obvious (you don’t need to scroll down now to below the documents to see tags) as well as added some visuals to the key info (contact since {date}, works for {company} and location).

We’ve also brought the WordPress User link easily into our interface and onto the contact view page so Portal access can be easily seen without needing to click in further.

Those two areas are the main places you’ll notices changes in the CRM that happened in February. We also..

  • Improved the speed that the Dashboard loads when charting a lot of contacts.
  • Added mp4 support for the Client Portal documents area
  • Improved edge case support (i.e. instances where Administrator role had been removed from the WP install)
  • Plus minor consistency fixes and improvements around status change logging, contact form notes and more.

Jetpack CRM Extensions

It’s been a busy month in extensions too with lots of behind the scenes v3.0 work and improvements that are more visible too, the main being improvements to the Zero BS Livestorm extension to give information on webinar attendance and related information.

Zero BS Livestorm Extension

We’ve added support for the webinar ended web hook which lets you keep your CRM contacts updated with information about what webinars they’ve attended, as well as how long they stayed, and whether they asked questions

Main Site

In these product updates, we also cover what we’ve been doing on “main site” that is good for you to know as it can be a place to help you when it comes to the CRM.

Use Cases

Our case studies is one place you can learn about real-life customers using Jetpack CRM , but our Jetpack CRM: Use Cases area will be another. We’ve added one of our more popular uses first (WooCommerce setups) but we’ll be releasing additional use cases over March ahead of the launch of v3.0.

Our Jetpack CRM: Use Cases is where we have been putting our more detailed areas showcasing how Jetpack CRM can be used. “It’s not just online sales.” as there’s plenty of applications and we want to make them easy for you to read about.

The Use Cases page also links through to our growing case studies area.

Case Studies

Take a look at our new case studies area. This is where we continue to display how Jetpack CRM is helping Entrepreneur’s and small businesses to strive.

Our Jetpack CRM: Case Studies is where our customers have been so kind to spend a bit of time telling us about themselves and their use of Jetpack CRM and how it’s made things better for them.
