Terms & Conditions
Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use our plugins and other products sold through our website (http://jetpackcrm.com). The “products” in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.
1. Plugin Licensing
Jetpack CRM and its official extensions are licensed under the GPL. The license entitles you to use the plugin and extensions on your website. To receive updates to extensions and receive priority support you must provide your license key which you will be given following your purchase.
The license key is maintained through your subscription which automatically renews each (1) calendar year.
If you do not have an active subscription you will no longer receive plugin updates or support for the extensions, however you are still able to continue to use the extensions on the version you last downloaded (this is not advised).
2. Extension Updates
We provide extension updates from your account, which you then install manually to your Jetpack CRM install.
After we have successfully processed your payment, your extension will be available to download from your account. If you do not receive your download, please contact us.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of Aut O’Mattic. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
5. Site Content
All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on jetpackcrm.com is the property of Aut O’Mattic. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Epic Plugins.
6. Refund Policy
We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
- If you have technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
- If after you attempted to resolve issues with Support staff and feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not the best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
Our policy offers a full, no-hassle refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve.
We make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor, Stripe, or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
Our products are sold “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins.
We provide support via email and the support forum. We do not support WordPress or other WordPress plugins or themes we have not developed. Support is offered primarily via the support portal to minimise the chance of your support request being lost or overlooked. Support is not a live chat service, tickets can take time to resolve especially if your issue is complicated. If you feel your support request has been overlooked you can contact us and provide us with the link to your forum post.
Support does not cover modifications of the extensions to do something slightly different than advertised. We offer a fully functional read-only access demo and thorough descriptions additional support is available through our support portal, documentation included with the product and online resources such as video tutorials or user guides.
The Core CRM system is free to install and you are free to extend this using our premium extensions (demonstration available on the read-only access site).
When purchasing any of the extensions you are purchasing a license to use the software you are not purchasing a support agreement. We do not currently provide a support package for our support and choose to provide support for free within limits.
8. Price Changes
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, support for an extension or a system itself with or without notice. Prices of all extensions are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.
Our Jetpack CRM system and extensions are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee or require that it will or should even be attempted to function with all 3rd party plugins or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur.
We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing any of our products.
By purchasing extensions you indicate that you have read and agree the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
11. Reseller Program
You can join our Reseller Program which gives you the rights to re-sell the CRM as your own product (optionally) under your own branding.
- Our Reseller Pricing is a per package price which allows you to resell the extension bundles to your clients at a discount to the price (i.e. you control the RRP of the product you sell)
Our Reseller option is available if you wish to sell our product to your clients as your own. You are not allowed to sell the product on any marketplaces. The pricing of our Reseller Package is tiered based on the number of copies you intend to sell (e.g. it covers a 10 site license to resell to 10 clients).
Custom pricing is available if you have more clients than this and wish to offer our solution. The benefits of Reseller vs Affiliate is that through Reseller you can build your own brand around the CRM offering and charge what you would like to your clients. In this arrangement you cover the support requirements from your clients.
12. White Label System
We also provide a service which allows you to white label the plugin if you do not want to use the name “Jetpack CRM”. This is included in our Reseller Program but you can also purchase an individual subscription to our white label system (re brander). Please contact us if you would like access.
13. Jetpack CRM Software
Our software is licensed for use by you, you are not entitled to sell our system as your own unless you are in our Reseller Program and have the appropriate number of licenses for your use.
